Welcome to FoxTime. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. What FoxTime is

FoxTime is a parental screen-time management app for iPhone, built on Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework. It helps parents and guardians set limits, schedules, and blocks on a device they own or supervise.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to set up and manage FoxTime. By using the app you confirm you are the parent, legal guardian, or an authorized adult responsible for the supervised device.

3. Acceptable use

Only apply FoxTime to devices you own or are lawfully authorized to supervise.
Do not use FoxTime to unlawfully monitor or restrict another person without the right to do so.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its services.

4. Screen Time & device behavior

FoxTime relies on Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time. Its ability to block or limit apps depends on iOS working as intended and on the device's settings (including, for strongest protection, an iOS Screen Time passcode you set). We cannot guarantee that a determined user cannot bypass system-level controls, and FoxTime is not a substitute for parental supervision.

5. Purchases & subscriptions

FoxTime may offer paid features or subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store. Prices are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

6. No warranty

FoxTime is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every block will always apply.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxTime and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using FoxTime at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue features or the service where reasonably necessary.
